5. Product Qualification
2A Pole clamp is starting from the design stage, engineer will determine design the drawing according to the standard. Carbon steel is selected and cut to prepare for molding. Then carbon steel will be bent into the desired semi-circle or other design shape. After that, give them a heat treatment and these parts will be through hot dip galvanizing. QC department will test and check, qualified products will be properly packaged, stored, and logistics distributed according to demand. Finally, we'll collect customer feedback to continuously improve production processes and quality.
